Hi there! It would actually be illegal to camp on the beaches right in adelaide (eg glenelg, brighton etc) but there are many caravan parks along the coast. google Kingston Caravan Park, Adelaide; Adelaide Shores, West Beach (i think it's called adelaide shores!), normanville caravan park (about 40 mins out of adelaide). Most of the smaller towns 40-60 mins south of adelaide (aldinga, victor harbor, normanville, port elliot, middleton, goolwa) all have their own caravan parks. they're all really nice and aren't usually crowded unless it's school holidays. most of them are right next to the beach. Waitpinga Beach 60 mins south of adelaide has a remote campground thats about a 5 minute walk through the dunes to the beach. it's very good for rowdy groups coz there's not usually many people around to get annoyed!
alternatively, you could drive around until you find a very remote beach area and try to camp on the beach illegally. im not sure what areas actually allow you to camp on the beach. pretty sure fires are illegal unless it's on a special fire pad.
Hope you have fun!

Rapid Bay 100 ks south of Adelaide. Beautiful spot, they might tolerate all night music, its pretty isolated.Great fishing, and snorkelling, diving too.off the newly renovated long Jetty.
